M&T Finance Group Limited trading as Together Finance ("Together Finance", "we", "us") is a registered Financial Service Provider in New Zealand (FSP1011305). We act as a financial broker and are not a lender. We help clients access credit products by introducing them to third-party lenders.
2. Nature and scope of our services
We provide broking services for products including vehicle finance, personal loans, and debt consolidation. We do not provide personalised financial advice and do not guarantee that a loan application will be approved.
3. How we are paid
We may receive a commission, fee, or other benefit from lenders or product providers if your application is approved and proceeds. This may include upfront or ongoing commissions. You do not pay us directly for our broking services unless otherwise disclosed.
4. Conflicts of interest
Because we may receive commission from lenders, a conflict of interest may arise. We manage conflicts by acting in your interests, offering suitable options, and complying with legal obligations.
5. Your responsibilities

We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. By using our services, you consent to this handling of your information.
